Is it real handmade sterling silver jewelry?
Yes, that is why you won't find two pieces that are 100% identical. Subtle differences among the same collection or even between the same piece of jewelry, are the hallmark of artisan-handcrafted pieces that make Kamari truly unique. We produce our own alloy and prepare our own metal sheets. We also do not use premade mountings like most high-volume manufacturers.

Where do you sell Kamari jewelry?
Although we currently do not sell online. Kamari is sold in jewelry stores around the USA. Go to the tab "Stores" to find an authorized retailer near you. If you don't find a store in your location, just send us an e-mail and we will contact you with an alternate sales arrangement while we look for ways to establish new partnerships in your area.

Is it normal that my silver jewelry turns dark after time?
Although most of our pieces are have an extra protective layer of silver, which delays tarnishing, what you observe is the normal oxidation of copper, an alloy used to make sterling silver. The best way to protect your jewelry is to wipe it clean with a soft cloth after each wear. It's also advisable to apply perfumes or lotions before putting on jewelry. However, the darkening or 'tarnishing' of sterling silver will happen over time but can be easily removed with a liquid detergent solution that does not contain bleaching agents or ammonia. What type of warranty protects Kamari jewelry?
All of our pieces pass through a strict quality control process but if by any chance your piece needs repair or replacement you can download and print the Warranty form under the "Customer Service" tab to have your piece evaluated. Every situation will be assessed on a case by case basis and either a repair or replacement, free of charge or for a nominal amount, may be provided.

I lost one of my earrings, can I get a replacement?
Yes, just provide us with a style number and/or description of your piece and we can manufacture the matching pair for your earrings.

Do you do Custom Work?
Yes. Many times our customers request to make slight modifications to our designs or make it in gold rather than silver. However due to the complexity of some custom design and normal workload, it may take from 10-12 weeks for delivery. Custom work and delivery estimates will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
