The collections developed by Kamari are hand fabricated in workshops not only in the capital city of Peru, Lima, but also in small rural towns like Catacaos, Piura (in the north) and Cuzco (in the Andes). We work with highly skilled goldsmiths (men and women), master carvers and stone setters as they apply their delicate trade in our collections. The designers were educated and experience first hand in the country’s rich abundance of natural materials and the exceptional talents of its people who today continue the ancient traditions of jewelry making dating back to the Chimu culture circa 900 AD.
